Review by hotel critic
My recent stay at Super 8 By Wyndham Mount Vernon, IL was a mix of convenience and comfort. the location, just a short drive from Indian Hills Country Club, was perfect for our road trip through southern Illinois. the ample parking with outdoor electrical outlets was a plus for our family SUV. the hotel's pet-friendly policy allowed us to bring our furry companion along for the journey, making the most of our time on the road. The clean rooms were decorated to make us feel right at home, with a cozy seating area to unwind after our busy days exploring nearby golf courses like Indian Hills and Rend Lake. the continental breakfast, though limited, provided a decent start to the day before heading out to Cedarhurst Center for some art and sculpture appreciation.
